This course is suitable for people holding an existing dangerous goods acceptance (initial) and shippers holding qualifications covering all classes of dangerous goods.

This course provides training on Australian dangerous goods legislation, acceptance of non-dangerous cargo, identification, handling, stowage of dangerous goods and emergency procedures for flight crew, aircraft loaders and check-in staff involved with the operation of a commercial aircraft, and is appropriate for, but no limited to;

This course is suitable for anyone who requires a general understanding of transporting dangerous goods by air for group B & E personnel. Including but not limited to;

Aircraft Loading Personnel, Helicopter Landing Officers (HLO), Passenger Check-in Staff, General Air Cargo Acceptance Staff, Security Personnel, Baggage Handling Staff, Warehouse Personnel

Cabin Crew: This is a customized course, which provides information to cabin crew on how to identify if a passenger may be carrying a dangerous good, what the passenger allowances are and what response should be taken if dangerous goods are detected.

This course is required for people involved with the packaging, documentation or control of infectious materials sent by air.

This  course is suitable for people involved with the packaging, documentation  or control of infectious materials, category B sent by air.

This course is suitable for people involved with the packaging, documentation or control of batteries, with particular focus on lithium batteries, and battery powered equipment being transported by air.

This course is suitable for anyone who regularly sends small lithium batteries with or in equipment people or are in control of commercial shipments of batteries, including Lithium batteries, sent by air.

This course is suitable for people involved with the packaging, documentation or control of flammable liquids sent by air.

The course is highly recommended for airline, or airline ground handling personnel involved with the loading of air cargo and passengers baggage into loose cargo holds.

This course is required under IATA Resolution 809 for the staff of air freight forwarders involved with the loading of ULDs. It is also highly recommended for airline, or airline ground handling personnel involved with the loading of ULDs.

The courses are suitable for anyone who is required to ship dry ice by air either as a dangerous good or as a refrigerant.

The course does not allow you to ship any other dangerous goods apart from Dry Ice by air.
