Dangerous Goods By Air: Refresher - One Day Course Purpose You'll need one of these when your Dangerous Goods Acceptance (Initial) qualification is near to expiry. This course renews your existing qualification for a further two (2) years. You'll also learn of changes and new principles adopted by international and Australian authorities since your last course. What you get The course is a workshop to review the theory and practical aspects of shipping dangerous goods by air, to investigate problems the participants may encounter when shipping dangerous goods by air, and to examine changes to the Regulations. A certificate is issued on successful completion of an end-of-course questionnaire and re-qualifies you for another TWO YEARS. You must attend another "Refresher" course within the two year period for your qualification to remain valid after this date. Who Should Attend? The course is suitable for people holding an existing dangerous goods acceptance qualification. Under CASA legislation, proof of currency must be provided before attending the course. Level of Competency A Dangerous Goods by Air Acceptance or Refresher course must have been successfully completed within the last two years.
